Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or delayed delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us at info@wheelwod.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the item at no cost to you.

Items purchased in person at WheelWOD events are final sale at the time of purchase.
